1. The placement fee for each candidate would be charge.
每名工作申請人將需支付安置費用 (有安挑工作才收費)
2. The wages would be $14.52 per hour. The candidates would be paid by hourly rate and not based on the amount of work done. However, they would be monitored by the supervisor for the allocated task. Unproductive work (if any), as specified by the supervisor, will not be paid for

3. The number of hours of work per week would be 40

4. The shared accommodation charge would be $60/ week. If the candidate prefers to make their own arrangements, they are free to do so with their own transportation too

5. The transportation to and from owner's accommodation would done at owner's expense

6. The minimum duration for each candidate at the farm should be 6 months

7. No letter or experience certificate would be provided, if the work done is for less than 6 months

8. They will be doing strawberries until November, picking and packing through spring and summer

9. The candidate would be given 3 warnings, if their work is not satisfactory, before they are asked to leave.
